Guides have included Arri, Arik, and Simon, though your guide will depend on the departure.

“Definitely worth the trip. Absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed breakfast and our time at the cenote but did feel like the beverage was pricy (I had Agua de Jamaica and added an extra fruit with yogurt for about $13). Loved our time at Marmol spa? Plenty of time to enjoy the water, kayak, and a few drinks. Our trip did not include the Pontoon ride but we were given the option while there for an additional charge (we declined so we could enjoy our time there). Dinner was delicious and loved we had a bit of time to wander close by.”

4.Full day tour to BACALAR, Beach Club, Kayak and an amazing Cenote

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 10 reviews · 14 to 15 hours (approx.) · from $119

Leave Cancun early for Cenote Azul, then spend time around Bacalar’s Lake of Seven Colors, with breakfast, lunch, beach club access, kayaking, and a panoramic look at San Felipe Fort. Guides such as Arturo, Frank, Maui, and Angel have led trips, though the lineup varies. Plan for a full 14 to 15 hours and a long ride each way.

“Great experience. We didn’t have enough time to spend a couple of days there, so this tour was enough to get to know Bacalar in a fair amount of time. Maui and Angel were our tour guides and both were, transparent, great and organized. Everything was on time and the food was also good. The only thing about this tour is that it didn’t come with the boat ride around the lagoon so we had the option to stay at the beach club (which was cute but small) or pay an extra 250 pesos/person (which isn’t a bad price). We chose to pay and had a great time. If you’re…”

“Pleasant day tour with great transport and guide. Outstanding meals. Activities were spot on with adequate time allowed at each site. My concern with tour is related to payment. I paid by credit card in full to Viator a few days ahead. The day prior a third party to the tour operator informed me they had not been paid yet by Viator…citing continued issues for payments. Asked me to pay in cash and would seek refund for me from Viator. When I checked on refund the day of the tour, it had not been requested and I wanted to check before paying operator in cash. Suggest Viator and tour wholesalers/operators…”
