You’ll visit the organic garden, prepare a six-course Mexican meal, and sit down to a feast with drinks, music, and recipes to take home. Groups are capped at eight. Hotel transport costs extra.

“This was a great class, so happy we went! The place was pretty far out of Cancun which was a negative because you have to arrange for transport both ways, but it was totally worth it. Learned a lot of cooking skills that we can use for any dish. All the food was cooked in clay dishes and mostly over open fires or in the oven. The whole kitchen set up is really nice, with some big propane burners as well. The food was interesting and fun, make sure you come hungry because they will feed you! “Chef Alberto creates a lovely morning with a tour of the market along and then a short ride to his house for a completely homemade meal. Together with his mother, Lily, we made guacamole and chicken mole. We pressed the tortillas with an old-school tortilla press and also enjoyed a refreshing mocktail. Their level of English was excellent and we really enjoyed our time in their quaint kitchen. It was one of the best things we’ve eaten in a while!!”
